This is a pre-construction development project by Malibu Investments. This venture is located in the Wilson Heights neighbourhood in North York, which is one of the fastest growing regions in the GTA – due in large part to Malibu Investments and the city’s Tippett Road Regeneration project. This development will sit on the west side of Tippett Road, and it will be facing Malibu Investment’s Southside project development. Tower A will have 250 total residences, and the eastern structure will house the remaining 401 dwellings. The ground floor of the northern building will have 14,198 square feet of retail space. There will be a two floor underground parking garage that will hold a total of 560 parking spaces – 483 intended for residents, and 77 for visitors.

The Express will be placed in the Wilson Heights neighbourhood of North York. This location is becoming one of the quickest growing areas inside the Greater Toronto Are, due to the Tippett Road Regeneration Study. The study resulted in the city council concluding that the locale was ready for a major population injection.
The development is located only a few minutes’ drive away from the York Mills Shopping Centre, which provides a grocery store, a drugstore, restaurants, and much more. The neighbourhood also has numerous schools. With the number of three bedroom units in this complex, this is a fantastic choice for families.
Express Condos has a modest Walk Score of 62/100, but an amazing Transit Score with 92/100. These condos will be part of Concord Park Place, which is being developed by one of the most influential developers in Toronto, Concord Adex. They’re renowned for playing one of the most influential roles in shaping Toronto’s skyline by developing the the CityPlace master-planned community, which was pivotal for fleshing out the cityscape from the waterfront.
